How it works
Online workplace climate survey
Workplace climate is how employees experience their work: leadership, communication, recognition, workload and conditions. Measuring it regularly helps reduce turnover and absenteeism.
With Alobri you send the survey by link, the wellbeing agent reminds people who have not answered and results are shown by department, role and site, always aggregated to protect confidentiality.
TalentIA summarizes findings and suggests actions; HR and leadership decide the plan.
Best for
- Annual climate check
- Follow-up after changes
- High-turnover sites
- Wellbeing programs
