Integrity tests measure attitudes toward honesty, rule-following and risky behavior at work. They help for roles that handle cash, inventory, data or security.
Alobri has three proprietary lines: Fides (honesty), Rectus (integrity) and Prisma (combined), each at Express, Pro and Elite levels, with a validity scale to catch "too good to be true" answers and extra risk modules at Elite.
